How long does it take to ship?

Orders ship from Detroit, Michigan. I do my best to send them out asap, typically within 1 week from order date.

What shipping services do you use?

I use USPS and UPS. I’m not able to take special shipping requests at this time, sorry!

I’m sad too! Unfortunately, these things occasionally happen. Send an email with photos of your damaged pottery to claytronicatron@gmail.com and I’ll issue you a refund for the broken item(s).

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it for a refund. At this time, I am not able to refund the cost of shipping to and from your destination.
